We love pets and might even give them a treat! But please keep in mind that all pets must be on a leash, in a carrier, or inside on your scheduled service days. We appreciate you letting us know if you have any pets that are kept outside so that the crew will be aware of them. Please pick up all pet droppings, toys, or large bones prior to our arrival. If hit by a lawn mower, objects like these can be hazardous to our workers and others.
No one has to be home when your lawn is mowed. Our crew only needs access to the area being serviced. All we ask is that your gate must remain unlocked for the full day of your regularly scheduled service. If you prefer not to unlock your gate, we recommend that you use combo locks and provide us with the password or combination.
Inclement weather is the most common cause of any delays with lawn service. We do our best to work through light amounts of rain when it is safe depending on the upcoming forcasts. If we are unable to come out, we will always let you know prior to scheduled servicing time. We will then coordinate schedules as to not further delay your lawn service.
Of course. This is the time of the year we will clean up any winter debris to prepare for the mowing season. Ask us about our lawn maintenance package.
Of course. This is the time we will clean any fallen leaves, clean out all beds, as well as tree and shrub removal. We also provide mulch and pine straw installation during this time.
